Forgot your password
Log in to iNCCU > Personal Setting > Google Workspace, click [Forgot your password].
If you have previously [verified your contact information], including verifying your phone number or backup email address as login and recovery options, you can reset your password through the Google interface.
Who is eligible to apply for NCCU Google Workspace?
Active faculty, staff, and registered students.
Is Google Workspace available for alumni?
Currently, Google Workspace services are not available for alumni. (Alumni services are planned by the Alumni Service Center).
How can I opt out of the service (delete my account)?
Please fill out this application form. (If you are no longer affiliated with the university, please attach a photocopy of your identification, such as a student ID or diploma) and submit it to the IT Center's Network Group.
Can faculty, staff, or students continue using NCCU Google Workspace after graduation, resignation, or retirement?
Retired faculty and graduates are not covered by the university’s administrative system, and if you forget your password, you will not be able to reset it through iNCCU. Please [verify your contact information] and back up your data in advance to avoid being locked out of your Google Workspace account.
Faculty and staff who resign, or students who withdraw, will have their accounts deleted within 3 months. Please back up your data in advance.
What should I do if I encounter issues with activation?

How much storage space does the Google Workspace account provide?
20GBfor active students and staff,100MB after leaving the university. （Click here to view your used storage.）
The storage limit may change according to Google policies and the university’s sustainability management, so please pay attention to announcements and emails, and back up your files in a timely manner.
Can emails from the NCCU email account be automatically forwarded to Google Workspace?
Yes, please refer to this instruction guide.
Can I set my Google Workspace email as the primary email of my personal profile at NCCU?
Students can. Please go to iNCCU → Campus web info. portal → Student Personal Profile, and change "Email 1" to OOO@g.nccu.edu.tw (where OOO is your Google Workspace account).
For faculty and staff, please note that according to the Ministry of Education directive (Taiwan Education IT [4] No. 1060006297), non-official email accounts must not be used for official business communication, and emails containing confidential information should not be sent through non-official email accounts. If there are no official email issues, you may go to iNCCU → Personal Setting → Faculty Personal Profile, click [edit] and change "Email 1" to OOO@g.nccu.edu.tw (where OOO is your Google Workspace account).
How to Clear Storage Space?
Delete unnecessary files, emails, etc.
Back up or transfer files to other cloud storage. For more details, refer to Manage your storage in Drive, Gmail & Photos.

We Value Your Privacy
NCCU Google Workspace administrators manage the service in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, Google Workspace for Education Privacy Notice, and other relevant regulations. Built-in features of the Google Workspace Admin Console, such as email delivery log inquiries, account creation, account deletion, and password resets, all maintain audit logs that can be reviewed for compliance. Google grants NCCU Google Workspace administrators access to any data stored in accounts, including email content; however, this access will not be activated unless required by law or regulations.
