For faculty and staff, please note that according to the Ministry of Education directive (Taiwan Education IT [4] No. 1060006297), non-official email accounts must not be used for official business communication, and emails containing confidential information should not be sent through non-official email accounts. If there are no official email issues, you may go to iNCCU → Personal Setting → Faculty Personal Profile, click [edit] and change "Email 1" to OOO@g.nccu.edu.tw (where OOO is your Google Workspace account).

NCCU Google Workspace administrators manage the service in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, Google Workspace for Education Privacy Notice, and other relevant regulations. Built-in features of the Google Workspace Admin Console, such as email delivery log inquiries, account creation, account deletion, and password resets, all maintain audit logs that can be reviewed for compliance. Google grants NCCU Google Workspace administrators access to any data stored in accounts, including email content; however, this access will not be activated unless required by law or regulations.
